Cancellation Policy

The refund will be in the same currency used in the payment and at no interest. The company does not assume responsibility for the difference in the local currency value due to the fluctuation of exchange rates. Processing of cancellation must be done by formally writing to the Company

 

25%cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher.
30% cancellation of the package cost before 45 days of the traveling date.
50%cancellation of the package cost before 20 days of traveling date.
100%cancellations before 10 days of the travel date.
All amendments must be communicated in writing.
